General payment terms
10 % of the total sum is due at the reservation, the final sum must be paid 60 days before the beginning of the reservation. If the reservation is done 60 days before arrival, the whole amount of the reservation is charged the whole  immediately.  At the booking the client will sign a contract, a

Cancellation terms for reservations
. The cancellation fee is the whole sum of the reservation if the cancellation is done less than 60 days before the beginning of the reservation.

Deposit

At the arrival is required a deposit of €200 with cash 

The resident is responsible for cleaning the holiday property during the holiday. A payment will be charged if the accommodation is not in an acceptable state after the client's departure or if there is breakage in furniture or  equipment. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days after departure provided there is no loss or damage to the property.

- silence must be respected after 11pm.
- for check in after 23 will be applied a service fee of € 30
- children are welcome only under the constant supervision of an adult
- at check-in you have to show a passport

- you accept the use of the house and each of the objects contained in it only after verifying the suitability under your own responsibility, especially if there are children

* Check inn on Christmas and Easter is not permitted. On 31 December check inn only until the 16.00
